Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value is required.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. WebOnesie has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe please contact us at webonesie@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate the issue with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost we will offer you a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. WebOnesie is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at webonesie@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
